Customer Care Expert

Job Summary
My client is seeking an experienced Controller / Administrator to manage all inbound breakdowns, distribute jobs to 3rd party suppliers and communicate with depots and breakdown teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process all inbound breakdown queries.
• Communicate effectively with customers keeping them up to date with the status of their breakdown.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to make sure all are aware of the status of breakdowns.
• Raise PO's and manage 3rd party suppliers when they are sent to a machine.

Experience / Skill set

• Strong background in administration.
• Very confident when communicating with customers on the phone and on email.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Hours: Monday - Friday 0730 - 1700
