Having spent the better part of two decades managing various Machinery Hire and Sales businesses both large and small, specialist and general the decision was made that it was time for a change. I was still very much committed to the Machinery Hire and Sales and Construction sectors, but wanted to use the knowledge and experience I have gained in creating industry leading teams to help others find the right people to grow their businesses. Over the years I became frustrated with recruiters simply sending through CV's from candidates and not really understanding my businesses or adequately assessing the candidates they were representing.
