<p>I have spent the better part of two decades working in the Plant Hire and Sales sector, supporting some of the largest construction and infrastructure companies and projects. I am passionate about people and have had the pleasure of building some of the best teams in the industry.&nbsp;</p><p>At the core of these businesses was the understanding that the people are everything. I am also a strong believer that it is often personality, work ethic and commitment that makes a good employee not simply qualifications and experience.&nbsp;</p><p>I have always tried to think differently and read between the lines to find the best employees.
