This role involves overseeing all workshop activities, ensuring vehicle and plant maintenance meets safety and compliance standards, and driving performance through effective team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong proven plant hire background as well as a good understanding of fleet management, health and safety, and workshop operations, with the ability to lead a team and maintain high service standards.
