Field Service Engineer

A leading plant and construction equipment dealer is looking for a Field Service Engineer to cover Scotland. You’ll be maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing heavy plant machinery on customer sites, helping to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing, breakdown, warranty, and damage repairs

• Site visits across Scotland

• Fault diagnosis using engine diagnostic tools and software

• Accurate reporting of work completed

• Care and maintenance of company van and tools

What You’ll Need:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent)

• Strong background in plant machinery and heavy equipment

• CSCS card preferred

• UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload

• Strong communication skills

• £15–£18/hr + overtime (x1.5 after 40 hrs, x2 midnight–5am)
