About the Role

As a Sales Executive for this well established and highly regarded hire and sales business, you’ll manage the full sales process - from handling inbound and outbound enquiries, generating quotes, and coordinating logistics, through to following up with customers post-delivery. Your focus will be on ensuring every sale is both successful and profitable, while maintaining the highest standards of service throughout.

With a fantastic commission structure and the option of hybrid working after a successful 6-month probation, this is a brilliant opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries 
  • Provide tailored advice and solutions to meet client needs
  • Ensure all sales are accurately processed and profitable
  • Liaise with accounts to confirm payments before dispatch
  • Work closely with operations to coordinate timely deliveries
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and gather customer feedback
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
  • Use CRM systems and platforms like LinkedIn to generate new leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and suppliers

About You

  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales role (both inbound and outbound)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, self-motivated approach Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience or knowledge in site-based solutions is essential
