About the Role
A leading name in the plant hire industry is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join their established sales team. This is a growth-focused role where the right person will play a key part in developing new business across Essex and the A13 corridor, while also managing existing client relationships.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a field-based, site-focused sales role and knows the plant hire industry inside out.
The Role

Identify and win new business across construction and infrastructure projects

Build lasting relationships with site managers, buyers and project teams

Conduct regular site visits – this is not a remote or desk-based role

Manage all sales activity using a basic but effective CRM

Work closely with depot operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Represent the brand with professionalism and plant hire knowledge
What You’ll Need

You must be based in Essex – local knowledge is essential for this patch

Solid plant hire experience – you’ll need to talk confidently about diggers, compressors, breakers, and more

A proactive, hands-on approach to sales – boots on site, not behind a screen

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware

Full, clean UK driver’s licence required
